The Armenian cucumber is most flavorful when it is 12-15 inches long, but it can grow up to 3 feet long. The deeply ribbed, light green fruits are apt to twist and coil growing when on the ground, but develop nice and straight when hanging from a trellis. The Armenian Yard-Long Cucumber is the longest cucumber available on the market and is an excellent slicing variety.
