Thai Galangal thrives the best in our soil and climate. It has a vibrant flavor, more lemony and piney than Chinese ginger. We recommend using in your favorite Thai curry or Tom Kha Gai (Thai Coconut Chicken Soup). It also makes an incredible tea.
