Ethiopian Kale

This is not a true kale but a mustard. Much more tame and mild than traditional mustard but does have a slightly spicy arugula type flavor with a hint of garlic. Tender leaves can be picked young for salads or mature as a cooking green. Well adapted to in ground sandy soil growing if it gets occasional water. I've had it reseed its self several years in a row in my food forest.
