Cherokee Purple Tomato

This is a medium to large sized fruit on an indeterminate plant. The fruit is a purple/brownish/red color with some bumps on the shoulder for that classic "heirloom look" and is exceedingly beautiful. The flesh can be a bit soft but the flavor is amazing.  I don't tend to get fantastic yields off this one, but I still plant it every year for the color and flavor. Smaller plant that many other indeterminate varieties making it a candidate for large caged containers.
