Crawford Lettuce

Bibb heading lettuce. Bright green tinged with brown. Flavor is delicious and I have found it to grow very well here. Best to allow to form a head before harvesting. Can handle both heat and cold without bolting but like all lettuces here, prefers some afternoon shade especially in fall and spring for best flavor. 

Packet: 400-600 seeds.

North Florida: January-April, September-December

Central Florida: January-March, September-December

South Florida: January-February, October-December
