This is an sweet orange fleshed muskmelon with reasonably improved disease resistance and can take our heat and humidity better than others. Muskmelon are generally a bit tougher to grow than watermelon here as they are very susceptible to disease. Stay vigilant for signs and treat quickly with sprays upon noticing. Trellising them up also can help improve air flow and minimize disease issues. Ready to harvest when the fruit easily separates from the vine with some gentle pressure from you thumb.
