We will cover how to start a backyard chicken flock from selecting the birds to housing and care. Number of birds needed to meet your consumption, the costs and realities of keeping chickens, in addition to lots of automation approaches so you can still harvest the eggs without as much time from you.
By the end of the class you will walk away with all the knowledge needed to confidently start your own flock so that you will be harvesting eggs in no time!
Class will be held Saturday 2/15 from 10:00-11:30am.
