As a perennial this will produce year after year. Katuk is a highly nutritious plant that is a staple in permaculture gardens. This perennial bush can grow over 6 feet tall but is is recommended to keep it pruned to a height of 3 to 6 feet tall. Has been associated with health issues when eaten in very large quantities on a regular basis.
