Listada Eggplant

My favorite eggplant that I have found to produce more fruit than any of the others in my own experience. It is able to take both heat and dry conditions like we experience in our spring months. They are beautiful white and purple striped small to medium sized fruit. These can be weak perennials here in south Florida so plant them accordingly. All eggplant like regular fertilization for maximum production. After blooming offer a liquid fertilizer to encourage more fruit.

North Florida: March-May, August

Central Florida: January-March, August-September 

South Florida: January-March, October-November
