Looseleaf lettuce. Vibrant green leaves that are lobbed like a turkey oak. Has an interesting almost almond like flavor. Very fast to produce. Can harvest individual leaves or allow it to grow into a loose head. Reasonably slow to bolt but like all lettuces here, prefers some afternoon shade especially in fall and spring for best flavor.
Packet: 400-600 seeds.

Central Florida: January-March, September-December

Some of the seed is saved from myself and other small local growers for harder to source varieties that you can't find online.
The majority of the seed varieties will come from dedicated seed supply companies like Working Food or Southern Exposure Seed Exchange to keep up with demand. We always prioritize localized seed sources which have a sustainable and equitable business model.
