Snowball Y Cauliflower

Large white heads on big plants. Cauliflower are more sensitive to heat than other brassicas so plant in our coolest months. If leaves don't bunch over the head as it forms, it will yellow. Use a rubber band to pull the leaves together over it as it develops. As soon as the curd starts to separate, harvest regardless of size.
