Shipping policy

Packages are mailed twice a week, with some exceptions around holidays.

Packages are all mailed via USPS with a tracking number. If a package is lost by USPS we will do our best to issue you a refund or a replacement (if inventory is available).

Please contact us within 3-5 business days after USPS states a package has been  "delivered", if you did not actually receive the package. They can have delays in their online updates so a few extra days allows the system to catch up.
