Amish Paste Tomato

This is a large fruiting conical paste tomato on an indeterminate plant. They call it paste because it is coreless making it easier to process. Its not a "dry" tomato and makes an excellent sauce! I have personally found it to be much more productive in volume and size when compared to the other popular paste tomato, San Marzano.
