Picked young they are great for salads or pizzas. When mature its best for a cooking green. The flowers are edible too and quite beautiful, I like to garnish salads with them. To speed harvest you can use a cut and come again technique. Bees go nuts for the blooms in spring and it will reseed itself for the following year if allowed.
