Ashley Cucumber

This is the closest to a "true/traditional" cucumber that I have found to reliably grow here!  Fantastic disease resistance but still gets heavy pest pressure. Wrap the stems to avoid squash vine borer and a proactive bT spray is typically recommended for successful cucumber harvests here. It produces a nice chunky green fruit up to 8 inches in length and can be used for fresh eating or pickling. Full sized vines need trellis for support.
