Maruba Santoh Chinese Cabbage

(B. Rapa Pekinensis) An easy to grow, versatile leafy green with bright green almost yellow leaves and a sturdy midrib. Young they can be used in salads, mature they are wonderful in soups and stir fries. Great as a curb season crop, can handle cold just fine.
