Early Mizuna

A mustard yes, but an incredibly tender and mild one. You barely get any of the zip associated with mustards. One of the easiest leafy greens to grow in my opinion. Cut and come and again makes harvest fast and easy. Succession plant once a month for continuous harvests. Usually used raw but can be cooked as well, just need larger volumes because it cooks down.
