Hungarian Paprika

The plant paprika comes from - pepper seasonings are quite easy to make and so incredibly flavorful! The peppers will turn from dark green to red, red is when you pick them for the nice dry flesh and sweet flavor that is sought after for paprika. Not the easiest of pepper varieties to grow here but it can be done.

North Florida: January-April, July-August

Central Florida: January-March, July-August

South Florida: January, August-December
