Traditional large green leafed Italian basil. To encourage the plant to bush out and produce more for you, top the plant when it is roughly 6 inches tall. Make sure to continually trim back and remove any flowers for consistent production. Most Italian basils are susceptible to fungal issue so keep an eye out and treat with a milk water or other fungal treatment as soon as you spot it. Regular pruning also helps with this because the older leaves tend to get it first.
