Beautiful edible flowers grow rampantly in the garden. Mix of colors in red, yellow, orange, and pink. Can make "poor mans" capers from the immature seeds by pickling. Leaves are also edible as an arugula type substitute. I put them into salads or bowls and have diced them up for herb butters. Known to attract aphids and can act as a trap plant so can be a good companion for others that are susceptible to them.

Packet:  ~20 seeds

Good to start from seed in these months:

North Florida: March-September

Central Florida: April-July

South Florida: February-April, September-November
