Variegated Collard Green

Variegated collards get beautiful white ribs when temperatures are cold (can handle frost just fine which makes them even sweeter). Loose heads make harvesting what you need quick and easy. I have personally found that they seem to have less pest pressure than other collard varieties perhaps because of an extra waxy/glossy exterior.
